ART THERAPY
I BECAME A THERAPEUTIC ART LIFE COACH WITH UDEMY UNIVERSITY IN 2019. A year later I became certified as a Cosmic Smash Book Teacher/Guide with Cqtt Geller, the founder of CSB. As a woman, as a creative woman, as an artist, I saw instantly how healing could be supported using smash books, and so THAT is the primary tool I use for art therapy.
I offer two smash book programs:
- THE VISIONARY ARTIST CERTIFICATION the more traditional CSB process covering the use of remedy pages to assist in mental and emotional healing. Course details below.
- THE FAERY WAY a spiritual healing through a more playful engagement with the Fairy, a realm near and dear to my heart Designed for believers and those seeking a more spiritual pathway. Course details below.
When women first learn the construction of a smash book and hold a scrunched-up paged-transformed notebook in their hands, most look at me dumbfounded, and yet already feeling better just through the first five acts of creating a smash book!
THAT is both the magic and the richness of such a simple but very liberating form of art therapy.

Visionary Artist Smash Book Certification
This program offers participants a more traditional process for working with a smash book, that will result in a certification as a Visionary Artist Smash Book Art Therapy Healer / Guide or Visionary Artist Smash Book Healer / Guide.
Why do I offer both Healer and Guide to certified apprentices?
Healer is used by many non-traditional healing modalities practitioner. For example those of us who are Reiki Master consider ourselves to be healers, just as herbalists do. Whereas Guide is better suited for individuals who wish to work with an individual or a small group and "guide" individuals through a self-exploration process using. a smash book without placing an emphasis on "healer" or "healing".
Both titles are equally valid, you will choose which goes on your certificate..

Between meetings, email video lessons will be provided. Once you have registered you will be added to a course email for this.
What Does The Certification Program Offer
This program contains 5 modules (some of which involve multiple classes) through which you will work, during which you will be required to create two smash books.
Module 1 - The five step process of creating a smash book. Understanding the transformational process of entering into the alchemical process aligned with healing. A discussion on alchemy, portals, transformation, and consent will be held. [2-3 classes as needed.]
Module 2 - The creation of two traditional spreads that every smash book usually contains. I am a traditionalist in all things and so because I learned these from the founder of CSM I bring it into all my smash book courses. For as is stated by the Mandalorians: "This is the way." [2 classes.]
Modules 3 - 5 - We will move through a series of spreads that contain specific intentions and can be likened to a prescription but go beyond the bandaid into the core of issues. These three modules involve art therapy processes and journaling. [Each module has 2 classes.]
Certification - Once all five modules are completed, the final phase is for certification and includes consultation with Kisma; the creation of a smash book with guidelines; one healing requirement; one guide requirement. [2 classes, though timeline is based on the individual's execution of requirements.] Details will be provided at the final Module meeting.
